The name Kashmir means
desiccated land “Ka” means water “shimeera” means desiccated from its
formation. Kashmir is the northern most geographical region of the Indian
subcontinent. Kashmir’s blissful aura can never be expressed in words, Snowy
glaciers, pristine lakes, picturesque mountains, dense forests, green meadow,
gushing rivers everything about Kashmir is supremely beautiful. The beauty of
Kashmir has stood most uncertain times. Kashmir is abound with rich flora,
especially large Chinar trees throughout the valley; a tree not very commonly
found everywhere. It is a magnificent vibrant tree whose leaves change colour
to red, yellow and amber during autumn season?
Schedule
Day 1: Arrival Srinagar (35Min)-Local Sightseeing.
On your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be taken for a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah Bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum River. Proceed for an hour of Shikara ride in the lake. After some rest, a day of local sightseeing that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Overnight stay in hotel.
Meal - Dinner
Day 2: Srinagar – Gulmarg –Daytrip.
After breakfast depart for a full day to Gulmarg, Meadow of flowers (56 km/2 hrs) situated at an altitude of 2730 meters, full day at leisure to take the leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snowcapped mountains .Enjoy pony ride or gondola ride (rope way) to Khillanmarg at your own cost. Return back to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight in the hotel.

Day 3: Srinagar – Pahalgam- Daytrip.
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, visit Betaab Valley and Chandanwari as well as take a horse-riding trip to Baisaran meadows (at your own cost). After sightseeing around the mountain valley for most of the day. Return back to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 4: Srinagar - Sonmarg – Daytrip..
After breakfast depart for full day excursion to the Sonamarg, ”Meadow of Gold”(84 km/03 hrs) on srinagar –leh road, a gushing river is the highlight of this meadow, flowing down from snowy heights
into the dense woodlands of firs and silver birches. Glaciers pour down from this stream from the Himalayas on to the many camping sites in Sonamarg .A thick forest cover of sycamore, alpine flowers ,silver birch, fir and pine, Sonamarg offers adventure in the form of treks, sledging, angling, alpine skiing and white-water rafting. Enjoy pony ride (at your own cost) or leisurely walks around the meadow. Return back to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight in the houseboat.

Day 5: Srinagar Airport Departure.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and we will assist you with transfers to airport with memories of Kashmir.
